The all-new American Airlines Flagship Lounge at Dallas Fort Worth has finally opened to first and business class passengers.
American Airlines has opened of its newest Flagship Lounge at the Dallas Fort Worth hub complemented by the airline's best-in-class Flagship First Dining.
The Dallas Fort Worth Flagship Lounge is open for First and Business Class customers, with a large dining area, lounge-style seating, showers and plenty of wireless chargers. The Flagship Lounge has seating for 350 passengers across a variety of areas, and there is lots of natural light flooding in through the floor to ceiling windows.
The dining area seats 54, and has food described by the airline as "robust" with the flavours of Texas with double-smoked beef brisket, slow-braised pork shoulder and Texas pecan pie, as well as premium wines picked by master sommelier Desmond Echavarrie, Krug Champagne, signature cocktails and local craft beer.
American's renovated Admirals Club lounge in Terminal D has also opened, providing customers with an updated modern look, more power outlets, access to showers and space to relax. Passengers also have access to snacks such as hummus, veggies, soup and the signature make-your-own guacamole station, as well as complimentary beer, wine and spirits.
The Admirals Club lounge will also feature local craft beers for sale from breweries in Dallas, Fort Worth and Houston.
Both the Flagship Lounge and the Admirals Club in DFW Terminal D are open daily from 5am until 10:15pm.
