Iberia reveals new prebooked food
Iberia is introducing a new paid for meal service called Deliverfly. Passengers can order and pay for food in advance of their flight. There is Tapas, vegan and salmon "poke" bowls, a variety of salads, sandwiches, and pastas.
Iberia Madrid Lounge reopens
Iberia has reopened its Business Class lounge at the Madrid hub after extensive refurbishment. The new Velazquez Premium Lounge in Terminal 4 at Madrid Airport is for Business Class passengers. It has a wine tasting area, and a large restaurant for pre-flight dining.
Iberia Premium Economy ready to be fitted
The Spanish Airline Iberia has started to retrofit it's Airbus A330-300 and A340-600 aircraft with Premium Economy. The seat will be wider than the current economy seat at 19 inches, and seat pitch will be 37 inches. Seatback TV screens will be 12 inches compared to 9 inches in Economy Class.
New Iberia Business Class seat
Iberia has revamped its business class cabin for its medium haul routes around Europe. Rather than a radical change, it’s more a move forward with a slightly better seat and a handheld video console.
