New Salt Lake City Delta SkyClub
The new Salt Lake City SkyClub lounge for Delta Air Lines is the largest SkyClub in Delta's network, at more than 2,600 square yards.
The lounge is located on the ground floor of the brand new terminal, the new Concourse A. With 78 gates, the 900,000 square foot concourse is huge.
The New Salt Lake City Delta SkyClub has a vast open area, with a 360 degree fireplace, a large covered SkyDeck overlooking the Wasatch Range, which is open year round in good weather.
There is an art gallery with artwork inspired by the mountain ranges, and hand-picked by Delta SkyClub's art curator featuring several local artists.
There is a large bar at the heart of the lounge, and next to it two dining areas, plus five coffee machines dotted around the lounge.
Being a new lounge, there is free fast high speed wifi, and power sockets next to most seats.
"From show-stopping design details to enhanced safety measures, our team carefully considered every detail of our beautiful new Club," says Claude Roussel, the Managing Director of Delta SkyClubs. Describing the new lounge he says "This project was years in the making and is a testament to our long-term investment here in Salt Lake City. We are ready to welcome guests who may have taken a break from travel whenever they are ready to return to the skies."
The SkyClub is open to Delta Diamond Medallion and paid-up Sky Club members, Delta Gold and Platinum Medallion members or SkyTeam Elite Plus when departing on a SkyTeam international flight, and Virgin Australia Velocity Gold and Platinum frequent flyers ahead of any Delta flight.
