Etihad Airways has launched a new range of limited edition Business Class amenity kits, in partnership with luxury travel brand LUXE City Guides.

The new Amenity Kits on Etihad go far and beyond the usual washbags found a decade ago on many airlines.

Bright and colourful, there are six new stylised kits. The new bags have designs inspired by cities the airline flies to. Abu Dhabi, London and Madrid designs are exclusive to Etihad while the Los Angeles, Sydney and Hong Kong kits feature artwork from luxury travel brand LUXE City Guides.

As you would expect, each kit contains a Etihad Airways LUXE City Guide which corresponds to the highlighted city, covering bars and hotels, plus restaurants, and shopping.

Of greatest attraction to most passengers, the Abu Dhabi kit uses a unique design pattern inspired by the architectural heritage of the Emirate.

Slightly more understated, London's kit uses the colours of the capital's tube map. The Madrid kit meanwhile features the red and yellow of the Spanish flag.

"The introduction of these kits is part of a much bigger journey which was started with the introduction of our new revolutionary cabins," said Calum Laming, Etihad Airways' Vice President of Guest Experience. "These collectable kits also reflect the global nature of our business, while simultaneously highlighting the inspiration, style and unique qualities of our home, Abu Dhabi."

As you would expect, the kits are far more than a city guide. Scaramouche + Fandango has developed a specially formulated facial moisturiser enriched with vitamin E for inflight. It has anti-oxidants and essential oils to combat fatigue and the lower humidity levels in the cabin. There is also a vitamin E enriched honey and shea butter lip balm.

The new kits also include a sleep pack containing socks and eye mask, a care pack containing cotton pads and earbuds, in addition to a tooth brush, tube of Colgate, and earplugs.
